Contributed to internal system development and HR process improvement during my internship: - Developed an internal website system for rehiring employees who are nearing or have reached retirement. - Learned and practiced Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) for HR process mapping and optimization. - Participated in weekly meetings with the department head to align progress and gather insights on HR digitalization initiatives.
